Login Instructions

There is a 'User Name' field and a 'Password' field at the top left of this page, under the myBankStreet banner.

If you are a student: your user name is your Bank Street ID number – the one you use for registration. It can be found on your registration printout, your student ID and on the class roster. See your instructor or the Registrar’s office if you do not know what your ID number or password is.

If you are a faculty or staff member: your user name is your email name.  If you don't know your user name or password call the Help Desk at 4642.

Once you log in, your name will appear under the my.BankStreet logo, and you will find yourself on the Portal homepage.  You'll also see the Student, Staff, and the Faculty tabs (if you're a student, staff or faculty member, respectively) at the top of the page, which will give you access to these respective areas. If you think you are using the correct log in information, but you are still having trouble logging in, contact the Help Desk at 212-875-4642, or by email at helpdesk@bankstreet.edu.
